All exchanges/returns must be first issued to email@example.com no later than 15 days after date of purchase. Please send your name, contact information, invoice number and reason for return to us. Only items that are unused, unwashed and in their original condition may be returned for an exchange or gift code to our store. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items returned from a FREE shipping order will have the cost of shipping deducted from the total amount refunded or given as store credit. Once contact has been made with The Mushy Mommy, you will receive further instructions on mailing the product back and receiving a new item or gift code.
Items exempt from Returns: Skin care products, baby carriers, wraps, slings, teethers, teething jewelry, cleaners and detergents.
Email and shipment of returned items must take place no later than 15 days following original invoice date.
We appreciate you understanding that because we are a small business, we do not do refunds. We also appreciate your understanding that many of our items can not be returned due to hygienic and safety of our customers (which we know are really the sweet, little babies receiving them).
